Beginning in March, 2016, we created a catering/food prep business to provide jobs for individuals (and also our Trainees & Graduates) as well as support the on-going funding of the training.

We have been able to offer part-time employment to individuals who are formerly homeless, formerly incarcerated, Veterans, undocumented individuals and political refugees.

We have catered events from 2 to 75 people—Home Meals, Meetings, Programs, Fund-raisers, Social Events, Holiday Parties

— Sabzi Khordan (Persian Platter): Feta cheese, Radish, Mint, Basil, Walnuts, served with pita or flatbread)
